How do you feel about being selected as Employee of the Month? I am very excited. It’s a great start and boost in confidence for the New Year.
Any managers and co-workers who helped you grow? Marc and Burt were my original managers who have always kept me motivated and had faith in me. Sam was the Business Coordinator that trained me.
What is the secret to success of your rep match up? Communication and honesty are the most important to a successful match-up. We talk all the time, not just about business, but about personal life as well. Our sense of humor helps a lot.
What goals have you accomplished this year? I have my match-up back and that is setting me up for a great year.
What attracted you to this position at SMS? I have always worked in sales. I knew this was a fit from the start.
What did you do in your previous career? I was a confirmer at a telemarketing firm that did magazine sales. Also, I have my forklift license from doing warehouse work.
What would we be surprised to know about you, personally? I have stage fright. I am terrible at speaking in front of groups, when put on the spot.
