How do you feel about being selected to be Employee of the Month?
I feel great! I’m very happy to know that I’m the first Australian to be selected hahaha…as us Aussie’s would say…”that’s smashing mate!”
What managers and co-workers have helped you become a stronger BC?
Chase & Lucas. Chase always tells me that I have to be a little more “aggressive” on the phones which has helped a lot.
What is your secret to success with your rep match-up?
I think it would definitely be communication.
What goals have you already accomplished for this year?
Professionally I would say that it’s been a great achievement to accomplish a week where I had a sale every day. Personally, I was able to visit my family in October 2015, which was great.
What made you decide to start here at ISI?
Well, I came to America as a student. I am currently studying my business degree abroad. While I am not busy studying I spend my time here at SMS.
What is your favorite closing line?
“Do you have a pen handy?”
What did you do in your previous career?
I previously worked as a marketing manager for a retail company in Australia, which was fun but also very challenging.
What would we be surprised to know about you personally?
I’m a huge adrenaline junkie and love extreme sports like skydiving and bungee jumping.
