Humbled, knowing the talented people who surround me and I was selected.
What managers and co-workers have helped you become a stronger BC?
Burt for helping me to achieve my potential. John Demko for positioning my reps each day to maximize their potential. I also learn a lot from Pete Street, Nolan Fenton, and Alex Romano.
What is your secret to success with your rep match-up?
Honestly.
What goals have you already accomplished for this year?
Paid off my credit cards and have savings for my kids.
What made you decide to start here at ISI?
I can’t remember, I started in 1991!
What is your favorite closing line?
Answering the client when they have an actual concern by say, “That’s a good point you bring up. May I ask you a question? What’s the biggest challenge you’ve seen recently. Then close by repeating his concern or challenge.
What did you do in your previous career?
I sold medical coding and reimbursement bucks and programs.
What would we be surprised to know about your personally?
I am a quiet person outside of work.
