How do you feel about being selected as Employee of the Month? This is a great experience for me. Since I started, all I focus on is going right to work, no time for breaks or chit-chatting. I have great expectations and I’m focused on accomplishing them.
Any managers and co-workers who helped you grow? I’ve received a lot of help from coworkers. Candy gave me plenty of tips on what to say and Anita told me that I was “a talking machine,” LOL!
What is the secret to success of your rep match up? To keep doing what you’re doing; we give our best, no matter how small the size of the company. Never give up.
What goals have you accomplished this year? I accomplished being noticed for the hard work that I’ve put in (made the top 25 after her 2nd month here). I want great things in life, just like any other person. I always strive for what I want.
Why SMS? I really needed a job and I have tons of customer service experience. I came across SMS and took the opportunity. Turns out that I love it.
What did you do in your previous career? I was in school to become a medical assistant as well as working at a doctor’s office.
What would we be surprised to know about you, personally? I am very good at basketball. I started playing at a young age and I really love sports. I enjoy being active, I am very outgoing, I love hanging with friends and turning up!
