The Business Coordinator is the initial contact with a prospective client. Business Coordinators work out of the Buffalo Grove office of SMS-NA. He/She telephones CEOs, presidents, and owners of companies and, through a brief presentation, shares with them the benefits of the services we provide. He/She then seeks to schedule an appointment for one of our outside Sales Representatives.
The successful Business Coordinator is an assertive individual with excellent phone communication skills and capable of working independently.
SMS offers a health insurance plan through Blue Cross & Blue Shield, dental care insurance plan through Humana and Company-paid life insurance. Full-time employees are eligible for coverage after 90 days of continuous employment.
